I came in for rhinoplasty this time. My nose kept getting blocked on alternating sides, left and right, and my rhinitis had always been really severe, so it was uncomfortable. I felt like I definitely needed nose surgery. When I looked for male reviews, [Clinic A] seemed to do well, so I asked for lots of information, and they did a lot of functional and cosmetic nose surgeries. I liked that they said they could improve the shape while fixing the functional parts. My nose was wide, and I thought it would look much better just by lifting the tip a bit. I really hate anything artificial.. The director said that if they shaped the tip to connect with the bridge, it would look much more masculine, and I’m satisfied because the side profile came out naturally. The deviated septum part was also handled well, so now my nose doesn’t get blocked and it’s so comfortable. I went in to fix my rhinitis, but the shape came out more masculine than I expected, so I’m very satisfied lol
