Liposuction Reviews

[Clinic A] community review

I decided to undergo full-face fat grafting because my face had so little fat that I looked tired and older, which was stressful.

My biggest concern was that my forehead might protrude and become rounded, or that my face might look puffy and actually appear larger, like the stereotypical overdone cosmetic-surgery look. The doctor immediately understood that point. Rather than filling everything heavily, they carefully designed it to add dimension by layering thinly, mainly around the temples, anterior cheeks, and hollow nasolabial areas.

For the first few days after surgery, I was nervous that it might look slightly excessive because of the swelling. But after the second or third week, as the major swelling subsided, the volume settled naturally, as if it were my own fat. The forehead line sloped gently without an artificial implant-like appearance, and filling the hollow under-eyes and sunken anterior cheeks reduced the empty space on my face, making its shape look slimmer and smaller.

The fat grafts took evenly and smoothly without lumps or nodules, and I am so satisfied that I do not even feel a second session is necessary. People around me say it does not look like I had surgery, but that I look more vibrant with a little more fullness and that my impression has become much softer. I am extremely satisfied.
