This is my one-month review after surgery by Director Lee Gyu-ho at O&Young. It has already been a month since the surgery. Since this was my first revision rhinoplasty in 12 years, I was very worried beforehand, but after about a month, I am satisfied overall because my recovery is going well. The surgical area feels comfortable without any discomfort. There was hardly any swelling immediately after surgery, and as time passes, I can feel the swelling completely subsiding and the shape of my nose becoming more natural. In particular, as the swelling at the tip has decreased considerably compared with the beginning, the overall line seems to be gradually becoming more defined.
Because I have not fully recovered yet, the tip is still slightly firm and feels tight, but I am doing very well in daily life without any major inconvenience. I visited the clinic at the one-month mark to check my progress, and I felt reassured because they carefully checked my current recovery. The nurses are also attentive and kind. Although I had many concerns because this was revision surgery after 12 years, watching my recovery through the first month has made me increasingly satisfied with the shape of my nose compared with before surgery. Since only one month has passed, I will continue watching it with anticipation to see how naturally it settles and changes over time.
