I had been satisfied with fillers and Hi-Cos since my twenties, but at some point my bulbous nose became more noticeable and I disliked everything about it. I also had severe rhinitis, so I decided to do everything at once and went ahead with it all! During the explanation, I learned that my nose was deviated... so that was why my nostrils were uneven... I realized it (after removing the filler). I had functional rhinoplasty (rhinitis surgery) plus cosmetic work (3 mm silicone, ear cartilage, septum—there was only a small amount available—and donated rib cartilage for reinforcement) and osteotomy. Here is my three-week review... (Please take into account that these are ordinary-camera, no-makeup photos.) How do I look?? T_T There is still swelling, so it feels puffy... but it should become more natural, right? For those who had this done, please share tips on how you managed the columellar scar!!
