After some time passed following my first surgery, the tip of my nose began to turn upward. My nostrils were very visible from the front, which really bothered me. I wanted a natural look but with a defined nasal tip, so I underwent revision rhinoplasty. I wanted to know how the tip could be corrected in its current condition and what had caused the problem. Dr. Oh Se-won explained that slight contracture had caused the tip to turn upward, resulting in excessive nostril exposure from the front. Considering the height and tip shape I wanted, he shaped the nasal line for me. Before revision rhinoplasty, my tip felt blunt and short; now the tip is defined and my nostrils are less visible, so I am pleased. While working, I often saw patients who were satisfied after receiving rhinoplasty from the doctor and wanted revision surgery quickly. I finally had it done! I like how the nasal line turned out, and I am especially satisfied that the nostrils are symmetrical.
