I had hump-reduction rhinoplasty, and the result itself is fairly good. But just because it worked for me, I don't feel comfortable recommending it to everyone else, so choosing a clinic is up to you. Read the pros and cons I wrote; go if it seems right for you and skip it if not.
Pros - Perhaps because many patients are revision rhinoplasty cases, they have a warranty system and an after-sales service program, and I liked that they explained them clearly. - They don't recommend unnecessary procedures. My nasal bridge is already fairly prominent, so I didn't want silicone, and the clinic also suggested going with an implant-free approach. - The surgeon has a good aesthetic sense.
Cons - Since this was my first surgery, I wanted to save autologous costal cartilage if possible, but they mainly recommended it, which was a little disappointing. I asked about ear cartilage and septal cartilage too, but they ultimately came back to autologous costal cartilage. - To receive the warranty benefits, you have to return periodically for follow-up checks and treatment. It might be difficult to travel back and forth if you live far away... Just in case, I went whenever they asked me to because I worry about complications. - During aftercare and follow-up visits, the operating surgeon has to see you personally, so if the surgeon is in a consultation, they don't come out and the wait can be quite long. It made me wonder why I had made an appointment. I understand because I was told the consultation would take a long time too, but perhaps my perspective has changed now, and waiting is getting tiring. Whenever I go there, I'm so exhausted that I collapse and fall asleep as soon as I get home.
That's about all I can think of right now. The cons weren't particularly critical for me, so I'm fine with them, but some people may dislike those aspects, so please keep them in mind when choosing a clinic.
