While researching rhinoplasty mainly using ear cartilage, I visited both Clinic A and Clinic B!
Clinic A: They carefully examined even the inside of my nose with CT and seemed to design the line according to my overall facial balance. They explained that the ear cartilage would be used with enough support for the areas that needed it, and the whole atmosphere felt systematic. I liked that they focused on preserving natural movement of the tip.
Clinic B: They seemed to design while directly checking my skin thickness and cartilage elasticity. I felt reassured because the surgeon calmly pointed out only what was necessary without pushing silicone. The atmosphere was calm too.
The approaches were quite different, so I am glad I visited both in person. I felt the sophisticated line and overall balance were better at the first place, while the second felt better for naturalness and straightforwardness!
