The consultation manager was kind from the start, and I liked that there was no pressure. The director also clearly explained what could and could not be done. He told me that because my nasal skin is thick, the change would not be dramatic. He kept looking at and touching my face while thinking about how to operate so it would look good, and explained it to me, which made me trust him. Compared with prices at other clinics, it was also relatively inexpensive, so it felt less burdensome. There is a deposit, but it can be fully refunded even if I don’t have surgery, so that was fine.
