Liposuction Reviews

My liposuction revision was a success T_T

This is my 7-month review after revision liposuction! I originally had liposuction done elsewhere, but the fat did not come off as much as I expected, and more than anything, the left-right line asymmetry was very stressful for me T_T Even when I wore clothes, it seemed like nothing showed, but if I wore tight clothes or took photos, one side looked more prominent, and my back line was not smooth either, so I kept worrying about it. At first, I thought it was swelling too and waited, but even as time passed it did not change much, so I ended up deciding on revision surgery. What mattered most to me during revision consultations was not simply removing more fat, but whether asymmetry could actually be corrected.... T_T Since it was a revision, I was even more cautious because the area had already been operated on once, and I was worried because they said there was scar tissue, but during the consultation they explained my current condition and the range of possible improvement in detail, which is what made me decide to go ahead with surgery. On the day of surgery I was very nervous because it was a revision, but they designed everything more carefully than I expected, especially checking the asymmetry in detail, and the final suction amount was about 3,800 cc!! Right after surgery, because of the swelling, there did not seem to be a dramatic change, but around 2 to 3 months the lines started to settle, and after 4 months I could clearly feel the difference~ What I am most satisfied with is the line from my back to my side waist! Before, the area above the bra line and the love handle area were still uneven, and there was also left-right difference, but now it feels much smoother and more connected. From the back, my waistline looks more defined and my upper body itself looks slimmer, so I am very satisfied. Before the revision, I was stressed every time I looked in the mirror because of the asymmetry, but now the left-right balance is much better, so I worry less when taking photos. Of course, no one is perfectly symmetrical, but compared with before surgery, the difference is really big! I worried and debated much more before this revision than before my first surgery, but in the end I am so satisfied that I wonder why I did not do it sooner. I hope this helps anyone worrying about the back, side waist, love handles, or cases where not enough fat came off after the previous surgery, or people stressed by asymmetry!!~
