Liposuction Reviews

Looking for tips on choosing a good place for double chin liposuction (not sure if I should do fixation too)

My facial bone structure is on the larger side, and I am not the type with a huge amount of fat, but overall I have a slightly thick appearance. I have been overweight since I was young, and even when I diet, it is not easy for my face to look slim because of my facial bone structure and the fat around it. So far I have consistently received lifting laser treatments, but recently I have been thinking that it might be better to have surgery once and then just do maintenance afterward, so I am looking into it. When I look at hospitals, I think the important criteria are these three, but please tell me if I should change or add anything: 1. Whether there is CCTV in the operating room or whether a guardian can be present 2. Whether they have handled many cases like mine, with a large facial bone structure and a double chin and jawline that look dull 3. Whether they do not try to lure you in with an excessively low price I am not looking for a huge change, but at least I want to reduce the heavy, puffy impression caused by the double chin. I want the jawline to be a little more defined and the face to look less dull. I have also thought about surgery departments, but if it is not a plastic surgery clinic, there do not seem to be many places that handle submental fat liposuction, fixation, and line refinement together, so I am considering plastic surgery clinics as well. Also, if I go to a plastic surgery clinic, I am wondering whether I should also do double eyelid surgery there because of my uneven eyes, or whether it would be better to visit separate hospitals that are especially good at each procedure.
