It’s been raining a lot lately and it feels like a season where it’s hard to exercise outside, so this kind of weather actually feels like the right time to invest in your appearance with facial fat reduction or thread lifting. I had facial liposuction for the double chin and jawline, and the price was 990,000 won plus tax. For facial thread lifting, I had a total of 62 threads using Mint thread lifting mixed with Olige, i-Thread, and TR. I got the thread lifting at a very cheap event price when I did it, but it seems like they don’t have that offer on the website anymore. Threads lift the skin and facial liposuction removes fat, and since I also wanted to address muscle, I got masseter Botox too. Since it covered elasticity, fat, and muscle all together, satisfaction was definitely high. The price was in the upper 2 million won range. These days it’s summer vacation, so a lot of people will be looking at eye surgery and nose surgery, and even in expensive places nose surgery plus double eyelid surgery can be over 3 million won. But even though eyes and nose matter, I think if your face shape is pretty, the whole look definitely seems prettier overall. Personally, if you don’t really have a facial complex, plastic surgery isn’t something you absolutely have to do because there are also side effects. I know people who’ve had nose surgery multiple times around me, so I couldn’t bring myself to do my nose either. I also had epicanthoplasty and eye correction, and I’m really, really satisfied. It hurt a bit when I had the surgery, but still, living with pretty eyes for the rest of my life seems worth it. I’ve always had uneven eyes, so I had a lot of insecurity about that. Turning 40 really does feel different from your 20s and 30s. When I was younger, I kept getting injections like Chanel shots, Rejuran, and Juvelook without being picky, and they didn’t hurt at all. These days they really hurt so much.. I think because the skin has gotten thinner, it’s hard to bring myself to do it because of the pain. It’s the same with Ulthera, Thermage, InMode, Shurink, and Doublo. The last time I had Doublo, it hurt so much it felt like I was going to get burned. If you think about how long it lasts, I strongly recommend solving it once with facial liposuction or double chin muscle binding instead of doing laser lifting procedures like that 100 times. Some people say thread lifting is bad, but mostly that’s what facelift clinics say. If you’re getting a facelift, having threads or filler and things like that in there is obviously not great. But almost 90% of people don’t get facelifts and just live normally, so I recommend managing it consistently with thread lifting when you’re younger. These days I’m also looking into abdominal and thigh liposuction, but Mounjaro or Wegovy only work while you’re taking them, and if you stop, you just waste money and the weight comes back, so I’m really wondering whether I should just get liposuction. I feel like obesity meds are just hard on the body too. I tried a diet herbal medicine at a famous clinic, but once I stopped, I gained even more, and it was so strong that I think it wasn’t good for my heart either. After heart medication, I’ve been taking it. People with hypertension or other chronic conditions should be careful. I think anything is better when you do it younger. After double chin liposuction, I had a little swelling and bruising for about 2 weeks, but it was easy to cover with makeup, and it was so nice not having to go back to the clinic from the next day after surgery. I had double chin liposuction and dissolvable thread lifting done in my 40s, but it seems like a lot of people do it before their 30s. I didn’t do Silhouette Soft, but I’m planning to do thread lifting steadily in the future too. A lot of people are probably looking into plastic surgery because of facial lifting concerns, but really, don’t go to factory-style clinics. Look at the facility and the events, but don’t get tempted too much and ruin things, because that happens a lot. Before deciding, definitely search for side effects at that clinic. I also visit the community often, and factory-style places have a ton of side effect posts. Going to a clinic when you don’t even know who is doing the procedure feels too scary. Facial liposuction isn’t better just because they remove a lot either. Once you hit your 40s, the area next to the cheeks and the nasolabial fold can change into a peanut shape, and Director Jeong Yeon-ho at the Doctor Jeongri team took all that into account for me. He also said it’s better not to remove the front cheek fat, because when you get older, you can remove side cheek fat but you need to keep front cheek fat. Clinics would probably make more money by over-treating, but I think you should avoid places like that. The doctor’s experience is the most important thing. If you’re like me and searching for ways to lose cheek fat or jaw fat, hands-on research is essential for facial liposuction. If the weather is bad and it’s hard to get around, narrow it down by experience and make sure you get consultations at 3 or more clinics. In any case, I hope everyone succeeds with their plastic surgery~
