This week is my wedding shoot, so I hurried to a dermatology clinic in Gurae-dong, Gimpo to get Onda lifting on my arms I already work out and watch my diet, but my upper arms seriously wouldn't slim down no matter what... So I felt like it was a real emergency and went looking for an Onda lifting clinic in Gimpo Since I got it at a newly opened clinic, the doctor was super kind and the place was really clean! There were a lot of couples there.. Maybe because Onda lifting is trendy these days, but it seems like dermatology clinics in Gurae-dong, Gimpo are doing a lot of Onda lifting too? Anyway, for me it wasn't just fat; I was really stressed about how my arms would jiggle when I shook them and how they would fold when I pressed them together. After the dress fitting, I kept noticing only that part;; Since downtime would be a burden right before the shoot, I tried Onda lifting. It was my first time getting Onda lifting on my upper arms, so I was nervous I did both arms, and it took about 10 minutes per arm? About 20 minutes total. I've had facial lifting before, and back then I felt heat a few times in the middle. But for my arms, I truly didn't feel anything. It was so much more comfortable than I expected that I wondered if it was really working As soon as it was over, when I touched my arms, they felt a bit firmer? Definitely less jiggly..
