24 days after facelift/neck lift and forehead fat grafting in a woman in her late 60s

I am a woman in my late 60s. After getting lower eyelid surgery 5 months ago, my bulldog jowls looked even more prominent because of the imbalance, so it has now been 24 days since I had forehead fat grafting, a facelift/neck lift, and jawline muscle binding. I still haven’t gotten past the “broad face” look. For those with experience, how was it for you? The incision was made inside the head around the ear, so will that make the cheekbones and temples look wider horizontally? Or will it recover over time? I’m worried. And the drain tube area under my ear is hard and swollen. Surely it won’t stay like this, right? Other than that, once the bulldog jowls disappeared, the angular shape along the jaw near the earlobes from when I was younger came back somewhat, and the nasolabial folds (this area wasn’t swollen because there was no skin dissection) are almost gone too. I never had very deep wrinkles to begin with, so after the lift the overall face does seem more lively, and the pain that made me think I was going to die for 3 days is starting to feel like a distant memory.
