I got treatment before getting married because the fat on my arms wouldn’t go away easily. I visited 3 times, with 10 minutes per arm each time, 20 minutes total for both arms, and I had 6 sessions in total (1 session per arm each time). Even after just 1 session I could see a slight reduction in excess fat, and after all 3 sessions I was very satisfied because it tightened up the excess fat with good elasticity. They explained that reducing the number and size of fat cells is semi-permanent, so as long as I manage my weight and don’t gain, the firmness should stay. I had been under quite a lot of stress about my upper arms, but there were no bruises and I could see the effect, so I was really, really satisfied.
