Nose Surgery Reviews

My second try at a man's nose was a success

I had nose surgery once before, but over time my nasal bridge felt like it was getting lower and lower. Honestly, if a man's nose is too flashy, it stands out a lot, so I wanted something natural but with definition, and I consulted at several hospitals. After the consultations, the opinions were a little different from place to place, but the consultation with Director Kim Hyun-woo at [Clinic A] was the one I liked best. He understood the direction I wanted well, and I liked that he explained a lot about designing it to suit my face rather than just making it higher. The consultant manager also didn't pressure me with anything, so it was comfortable to talk. I said I wanted to naturally bring down the already sunken columella while making the nasal bridge and tip a bit higher overall. The surgery was done by rebuilding the nasal column using costal cartilage and combining it with silicone. The bridge was raised in a way that suited my face rather than looking forced, so the overall impression became clearer. People around me also said that although only my nose changed, my impression became much softer. My family also said the revision surgery seems to have gone well, so my satisfaction is even higher lol But since it's only been 1 month, the tip still feels a little higher and firmer than I expected. Even when I smile, it still feels slightly awkward, but the director explained that at this stage the swelling and tissue are still settling in and that things will gradually become more natural over time, so I felt reassured in my own way So I plan to keep an eye on this a bit longer. My biggest regret with the first surgery was that I went ahead without researching the hospital enough But this time, I consulted many places and chose carefully, so the result is much more satisfying.
