My biggest concerns were facial asymmetry and an uneven facial line T_T In photos, my cheekbones don't look extremely prominent, but in real life, when I smiled or looked straight ahead, I kept noticing my cheekbone and jaw line, and my face looked like it lacked smoothness, so I started considering contour surgery. On top of that, I wanted my nose to look a little slimmer and more feminine, so this time I consulted about both my face shape and my nose together haha. During the consultation, the director explained in detail one by one what procedures my face needed, and also went over the pros and cons of each surgery as well as the recovery process if I did them all at once, which helped a lot in deciding. The explanations were calm and thorough, so I felt trust the whole time I was there. I had two types of facial contouring (cheekbones and square jaw), double chin liposuction, mini lifting, and revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage (bridge + tip)! After the contour surgery, the facial line that had bothered me the most became much smoother overall, and my square jaw was naturally refined, making my face shape feel softer. My facial line looks more defined than before, and the overall contour feels much more organized, so I'm satisfied. After the nose revision too, I think I got the slightly slimmer, more feminine vibe I wanted overall lol. The atmosphere really does change subtly? The balance of my whole face feels so much more natural~ Since I had several surgeries at once, I was worried at first because the swelling was stronger than I expected. But as time passed and the major swelling and then the remaining swelling gradually went down, the result became much easier to see. It's really important to have enough recovery time!!! T_T The parts I had worried about improved naturally, so taking photos is easier than before, and overall I'm very satisfied ^.^

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewJul 9 How I saved my low hump nose with surgery lol
My nose is very low to begin with, and I also had a hump, so my whole facial impression felt unbalanced..? My nasal tip was also really droopy, so I thought fillers or a simple procedure wouldn't be enough to cover it, so I started looking

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewJul 9 Male closed rhinoplasty, looks like my original nose lol
