I definitely never had nose surgery, but the tip was so upturned and my nose was so short that my nostrils showing this much was stressful. At the consultation at Tiana, I asked them to create a natural line from the bridge to the tip, and they explained in great detail how to lower the columellar angle and what materials could be used. I chose them because there was nowhere else that looked at things in such fine detail! If you look at the after photos, you can tell it is really natural, and they designed the short nose beautifully by bringing it down, so I am completely satisfied from a design standpoint. My current nose matches my features much better than my original nose and looks beautiful, so I really think I did the right thing by getting nose surgery, and I feel proud! If I had not gone to Tiana, I don't think it would have turned out this well! The director has amazing aesthetics, so everyone should go for a consultation haha
