Hello. It has been some time since I underwent correction for a deviated septum and autologous costal cartilage nose surgery with Dr. Kim Hyun-ju at RU Plastic Surgery, and I recently went in for my one-month follow-up. At this point, breathing is much easier than before surgery, so everyday life is truly satisfying. The shape of the nasal tip and bridge also fits naturally with my face and has settled into the look I wanted. Some swelling still remains, but it is gradually becoming more natural as time passes, so I am looking forward to it. At the recent follow-up visit, they carefully checked my recovery status and also gave me laser treatment to help with swelling and recovery. They kindly explained the things I was curious about, which put me at ease, and I liked how carefully they also take care of post-op management after functional rhinoplasty. I am satisfied with both the functional and cosmetic aspects of the rhinoplasty, and I am looking forward to seeing even less swelling in the future.
