Nose Surgery Reviews

Solved my blunt bulbous nose with autologous costal cartilage on my first nose surgery ^^

Overall my nose was blunt, and especially the tip looked unusually round... I made up my mind and went ahead with bulbous nose surgery.. ^^; That said, I wasn't looking for a very high, sharp, glamorous-looking nose or anything like that. I just wanted the bulbous-nose look to become a little slimmer and more natural? Slightly more refined, maybe. I had been thinking about using no implant, but during the consultation at Mighty, they said that for frontal effect, given my overall facial harmony and face shape, it would probably be more effective to do the surgery together with a low silicone implant even if only a little bit. They didn't pressure me at all or anything, but they explained it very logically, so I thought that might be a good idea. So I had a slight silicone layer placed + the tip done with autologous costal cartilage. In the end, I'm satisfied that I got the surgery the way they recommended, because it came out exactly as I wanted: natural but defined. It's still early so there is still swelling, but the overall facial proportions have genuinely improved beyond recognition. It's not just a high nose, but the line was shaped not too much by considering my forehead line, and both the front and side views are so much prettier than before.. ^^
