Objectively, my nose was already high. But it is a bulbous nose with thick skin, so there are limits. I did not realize it at first... They placed the silicone rather high, and after surgery my nose was so elevated that I was startled. Even with the splint on, it looked high, and months later when I said I had had nose surgery, some people indirectly said it looked too obvious. As for improving the bulbous nose, well, the tip was raised high, so all along... If you want a dramatic nose, I recommend it. Truly, for people who already look glamorous and want their nose surgery to be noticeable...
