A lot of people seem curious about my nose review from [Clinic A].

I had nose surgery at [Clinic A] earlier this year. The plan included silicone, autologous costal cartilage, a short nose, lowering the nostrils, nasolabial angle correction, and lowering the columella. If you want the price, send me a message and I can share an approximate range. The result is obvious if you look at the photos. Let me talk about what I liked and what I found disappointing. First, when you go for the initial consultation, the wait is quite long. I had a reservation and still waited about 20 to 30 minutes. But I understood why the wait was long (I will explain that later). Anyway, while waiting, they tell you to get an X-ray and CT scan for the autologous costal cartilage. Then you wait again... and then you go to the consultation room, talk with the coordinator, sit down, and then the surgeon consults with you. There is no consultation fee, and they do quite a lot of tests, then they base the consultation on those results. I could tell the surgeon has done a lot of noses before; he was very professional. Also, during the consultation, after they shaped the line with a cotton swab, the surgeon adjusted it with some kind of editing program, maybe Photoshop or something similar?.. The correction around the columella was clumsy, but the fact that the surgeon who would actually do the operation adjusted it directly, and that it was adjusted using a photo taken right before the consultation, made it easier for me to understand my nose shape objectively, which I liked. For the overall nose, I think it looked pretty convincing. After surgery, I was a little surprised because the line they had shown me before was quite similar to the final result. The columella is fuller and more natural in real life, but it was still useful as a reference for the line. These two things are both a strength and a weakness because they take a surprisingly long time. When it was my consultation, I liked that they looked at everything so carefully, but then during other people's consultations, I had to wait that long too...~ That is when I realized why it took so long. Also, since I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, they said I could use the autologous costal cartilage guarantee system. But the coverage period was kind of short. I think it was 6 or 7 months.. They did say that if anything broke down after that period, they would handle the aftercare separately. Still, it felt unnecessarily short, so that was disappointing. For a first surgery, the result seems pretty good, but... I also wonder if I should have made the tip a little more naturally rounded,, I chose a more glamorous look because I insisted on it, but maybe I should have just listened and gone with something more natural. I feel a bit conflicted... I took photos to write this review, but I was lazy and only got around to posting it now...
