Revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, silicone, and nasal base angle correction

A few years ago I had my first nose surgery, and at the time it was done very naturally. But as time passed, my nose started to feel slightly crooked when I looked at it. During my consultation with Director Kim Hyeon-ju, I explained the direction I wanted. I wanted the line from the forehead to the bridge of the nose to connect smoothly without any break. I also said I wanted the tip to keep a rounded feeling rather than being pointy, and the director understood my needs exactly and recommended silicone for the bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the tip. At first, the recovery speed was much slower than I expected, so honestly I worried a lot. Around day 10 after surgery, blood had collected on the bridge, so I had it drained once with a syringe at the hospital, and even after two weeks there was still quite a bit of bruising, so I was really uneasy. Fortunately, as time passed, the bruising and the major swelling slowly began to go down. At the current 4-week mark, the bridge line looks natural and the tip has the round, pretty shape I wanted. However, because not all swelling has fully gone down yet, the two nostrils look slightly uneven, and from the front there is a bit of height difference in the nostrils. It seems like this is just part of the uneven swelling process after nose surgery, so I plan to wait and watch until the three-month mark.
