Nose Surgery Reviews

Looks like the tip drop turned out well

I guess some people really do fit silicone very well. Anyway, I'm not one of them; I got inflammation from silicone and the tip drooped a bit, so this time at [Clinic A] I had revision surgery, removed the silicone, and put in septal cartilage for the bridge. Since I'm a man, I focused less on making it super high and more on keeping it moderately raised with a clean side profile. Now that it's been well over two weeks, the swelling has gone down nicely and the line is looking good. If you're like me and are thinking about an implant for the bridge because of silicone, I recommend septal cartilage instead. Is it really true that revision surgery recovers faster than the first surgery?
