I felt like this was a place that wouldn't recommend unnecessary surgery, and that gave me confidence that 'this place would tailor it to my face,' and after the consultation I think I decided on surgery with almost no hesitation. It's been about 3 months now, and even without nostril reduction, the bulbous-nose feeling has improved a lot, right?? My face is a bit round, so if I had reduced the nostrils more here, my face would probably have looked even more empty. The surgeon really seems to have done the surgery to suit my face!!
