I had my first nose surgery at Mighty with Director Park Jeong-heum using autologous rib cartilage and no implant. At every clinic I heard things like it won’t be dramatic, it will be natural, but after surgery the nose became dramatically higher from the side, more than I expected, so I was a little surprised.
