Nose Surgery Reviews

My first nose surgery with autologous rib cartilage

I had my first nose surgery at Mighty with Director Park Jeong-heum using autologous rib cartilage and no implant. I didn’t like the boxy nose look from the front, so I had the surgery, and now I’m satisfied because even from the side my nose has become quite a lot higher. I asked for a straight line that was close to straight, and my original nose was low, small, short, and had a slight hump. I really prefer extremely natural results, so I worried a lot that it might look too obvious after surgery, but in reality there is less of that operated-on look than I expected, so I felt relieved. The reason I chose this hospital first was that our aesthetic sense felt similar. The director seemed like someone who values naturalness and safety in a way similar to me, so that also drew me in. And because I had no septum left from a previous functional nose surgery, I had no choice but to use rib cartilage I was set on using autologous rib cartilage if I was going to do it anyway, and I liked that this place is branded as a specialist in autologous rib cartilage nose surgery. The inside of the clinic is very clean and pretty. Also, because it is a one-doctor clinic, there were very few people, which I liked too. I visited a lot of places for consultations, but after the nose surgery here, what I felt was that they brought out the maximum potential of my existing nose. At every clinic I heard things like it won’t be dramatic, it will be natural, but after surgery the nose became dramatically higher from the side, more than I expected, so I was a little surprised. In fact, until week 2 after surgery I thought, wow, is it too high? Objectively it is not an extremely high nose, but because my original nose was so low, I think that made me feel that way even more In any case, I’m really happy because the surgery seems to have gone very well.
