To explain why I decided to get nose surgery: my nose was long, the tip drooped, and from the side it looked very saggy. My alae were also fairly wide, so overall it looked stuffy. Because of that I went to quite a few consultations, and the review I liked most was the one for autologous rib cartilage at Mighty Plastic Surgery, so I went to check it out. During the consultation, they pulled the tip upward to show me the line, and it was exactly right.. I ended up getting the surgery that way. After surgery, the tip came up in a rounded shape and it is incredibly pretty. Once the long-nose, hooked-nose feeling was cleaned up, there was no sagging look anymore, and the tip came out beautifully as well. PS: I’m currently in orthodontic treatment, and the dentist said my upper lip area would go in a bit more, so I mentioned that. They also considered that when doing the surgery Detailed, B.B
