Hello, I’m a man in my 30s. I posted a review at the 4-month mark before, and it’s already been 5 months, so I’m writing another update. I hope this helps a little for those of you deliberating about a crooked nose or revision rhinoplasty like I was.I kept noticing that my nose looked a little crooked as time went on after the first surgery, and the overall line didn’t feel like what I wanted, so I found myself feeling subtly stressed every time I looked in the mirror. That’s why, thinking this really had to be the last time, I went to several consultations and, after much deliberation, had revision surgery with Director Kim Hyun-woo at One Plastic Surgery. The bridge was re-shaped with silicone, and the tip was reinforced with autologous costal cartilage for better support.I said I wanted it to look naturally straight without making the nose appear too long, and they also corrected the columella to balance the overall proportions. Now that about 5 months have passed, it definitely feels more natural than it did at 4 months. At first the tip felt a little firm, but now it has softened a lot, and there’s almost nothing uncomfortable or bothersome in daily life. What I’m most satisfied with is that the crooked look has been corrected a lot from the front. When I take photos, my nose doesn’t jump out first like before, and the side profile isn’t overdone either, so it feels much closer to the look I wanted.I was really worried before surgery because it was a revision, but now I feel I made the right choice. If you’re considering male rhinoplasty, correction of a crooked nose, or revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage, I think it would be good to get enough consultations and then decide.

I had nose surgery without implants. In my opinion, my nose bridge was fine as it was, and I didn’t want anything too flashy, so I definitely wanted to do it without implants. Also, my biggest stress was my droopy nose tip rather than the…
