I had nose surgery without implants. In my opinion, my nose bridge was fine as it was, and I didn’t want anything too flashy, so I definitely wanted to do it without implants. Also, my biggest stress was my droopy nose tip rather than the bridge So I ruled out places that just wanted to raise it blindly or make it flashy, and narrowed things down by looking for hospitals with lots of no-implant reviews. I went to at least 9 places for consultations, and Director GJH was the most honest. This
