Existing issues: implant twisting. Curved columellar cartilage. Visible and pointed nasal tip cartilage. Remove silicone, raise the bridge with donated dermis, reuse cartilage, and reinforce the nasal tip with dermis. The doctor had pride in their surgical skill, which made me trust them. The director and my needs matched well, so I’m looking forward to it. I recommend asking detailed questions at the first consultation. Based on what is discussed then, the overall plan is set. Review
