My columella was recessed and both nasal alae were drooping, so my columella seemed relatively nonexistent. They never pushed extra procedures or spoke excessively, so I felt very comfortable throughout the consultation. My nasal bridge was already high, so I used only autologous costal cartilage without silicone, and the director carved everything piece by piece to create a nose that suited my face and was also beautiful, so I am extremely satisfied. After the surgery, friends kept asking, “Your nose came out so well. How does changing just one part of your nose improve your impression and overall appearance this much?
