I'm so glad I got early removal after my revision surgery

I'm the person who wrote before saying I had early removal after revision surgery. The swelling has gone down a bit now and I like the shape, so I'm back with a second update~Deciding on early removal after revision surgery was the biggest adventure of my life, but in the end I'm so satisfied... thankfully 😭 I hope other people can get their revision surgery at the hospital I went to and have it turn out pretty and without problems Please understand that I can't say which one it was. I had all sorts of issues, but I also think part of it was that I made the decision too hastily, so I'm just going to think of the 5 million won as a way to ward off bad luck I hope all my bad luck is gone ^_^ And the doctor definitely said he would lengthen it a little, but I guess everyone's 기준 for “a little” is different I think that was my mistake for not researching enough And the columella looked bulky... such a weird shape..... the foreign-body sensation in my back was insane too My family all said it really looked done. It looks strange... it doesn't suit you at all In the end, for the early removal they opened the nose, washed it out, removed what needed to be removed, and corrected the severe foreign-body sensation Then about two or three days later, the redness at the tip of my nose disappeared... So it wasn't because the skin had stretched, it really was inflammation And one week after the early removal, I had my own dermis rolled in and inserted into the blunt nasal tip, and it became moderately natural and pointed For me, with thin nasal tip skin and some indentations, dermis seemed like the best option There is no foreign-body sensation at all and it's so, so comfortable I’m happy because it feels similar to my original nose Right after surgery it looked a little lifted, but it got better as time passed~ Of course, dermis has the downside that it gets absorbed, but the doctor's skill matters too, and the nasal tip absorbs less than the glabella area If I want more support in a few years, I'm planning to have it inserted again with a closed approach~ Doing only the nasal tip is quick, but for people who need reconstruction, I recommend going to a place that is good at cartilage, not dermis And if you want to become noticeably pretty from surgery, don't get dermis Also, one downside of dermis surgery is that you have to be careful not to split open the buttocks, not just the nose,, I hope this helps someone in a situation similar to mine (the place where I had early correction + autologous dermis surgery was Suwon ㅂㅂ)
