It’s been 3 months since my 3rd revision: autologous costal cartilage for the tip and Alloderm for the bridge. Maybe because of the Alloderm on the bridge, when I scrunch my nose or yawn, the bridge feels stiff. The aesthetic impact is so severe that I feel like I’m going crazy every time I look in the mirror. My impression has changed too much, I look too masculine like an avatar, and the columella has been pulled in too much, so my midface looks really long. I’m having such a hard time waiting out 6 months... I’m so mentally exhausted that I already booked a consultation at 4 months, and if they say it’s okay there, I’m thinking I might just remove it right away. Would that be crazy? I’m tired of wearing a hat and mask every day too. I was satisfied with my nose after the second surgery, but I went crazy and had a third one, and every day feels like hell.
