When I had surgery, they said they shaved a little off the hump. It wasn’t a nose with a severe hump, just a slight one. At the hospital where I had surgery, they said that if it was removed, the nasal bridge would stay almost the same, and at the removal clinic they also said to compare it with my original nose and that they probably hadn’t shaved much, so there wouldn’t be a big difference. But I’m worried the shaved part of the nasal bridge might end up looking flat or square. For anyone who only had the hump shaved down a little without separate osteotomy, or had only a little of the nasal bridge shaved because of silicone, how was the nasal bridge after removal? They said it would be similar, but were there cases where a lot had actually been shaved..?
