The pentagon-shaped nose I saw on Instagram is finally my nose

Even after getting nose surgery twice, my nose still looked wide from the front and seemed to tilt to one side. The tip gradually became more blunt over time, and from the side the line connecting the nose and lips felt awkward, so I kept worrying about it every time I took a photo.
