The 1st and 2nd surgeries were to make a pretty nose with silicone, and the 3rd one was done with the plan of removing everything in 2024. I had the revision with no implant material (ear cartilage) because I thought it would not cause any foreign-body sensation, but it still does... I just want to go back to a very comfortable nose that can even do a pig nose... The problem is that when I had the no-implant revision in 2024, the adhesions were extremely severe, to the point that even the doctor was at a loss... So much so that during the dissection process, there was a hole in the skin that became visible from the outside, so they had to stitch it up...... Right now that area has severe scar tissue, and the opposite side has a sunken area too... I really want to stop having any more surgeries, but rather than another revision, I just need a place that can remove everything for me. A place that can remove everything and also properly remove and adjust the scar tissue... Please, please, I sincerely ask for hospital information

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJul 17 Anyone had implant removal at [Clinic A] ([Clinic B])?
