Nose Re-Surgery

Still red at the tip after first nose surgery T_T

It was my first nose surgery, and I also lowered the columella because I hated an upturned nose with autologous costal cartilage, but from about 6 months after the surgery until now, 2.5 years later, the tip of my nose has stayed red. Last year, when stress made my skin more sensitive? Or maybe because my skin kept getting thinner from continuous pressure? The dilated blood vessels just became the default state, like Rudolph's nose.. The very tip of my nose is white, and the lower pillar is reddish in a triangular shape? Does anyone else have this? The hospital where I had surgery said my skin had become too thin and the blood vessels were showing through, and that revision surgery would be the same and removal would be the same too. They said we should just slightly refine the pointy part, lower the height, and reinforce it with dermal grafting. What do you think? T_T
