Has anyone had implant removal and revision without an implant at [Clinic A]? My original nose had columellar support, so they said they would remove it in a way that leaves the support structure behind, so I am also looking at clinics that do no-implant procedures. What do you think of the aesthetic sense here? There is not much information here either. I am also curious about anyone who had it done at [Clinic C]...
