Hi, I had silicone removal + ear cartilage strut and tip removal + capsule removal done yesterday, after having the procedure 8 years ago. I’m very swollen because I had surgery yesterday.
But the doctor also reinforced the septum in the area where a septal extension graft had been placed before. They mentioned this before surgery, but is reinforcement really necessary?
Is there a chance I might need to remove the septal extension again later? If I do need it again in the future, I’d like to know whether it can be done without an open approach and what the cost would be.
The silicone removal + ear cartilage strut and tip removal + capsule removal were done at [Clinic A]. It has now been renamed Apgujeong [Clinic B]!
