My natural nose was low, short, and with a hump, but I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage and lived like that for about 15 years. Now I have returned to my natural state. It is similar to a surgical nose, but the bridge has dropped a lot, so it seems to be somewhere between a surgical nose and my original nose. I also gained a lot of weight in a short time, so people do not realize I had nose surgery.
