My nose tip columella was lost from nasal necrosis... my nostrils are lifted too much so I go around covering them., ..the nose tip is getting more wrinkled and shrinking while lifting more.. I have had nose surgery several times because of the nostrils, and sigh.. I am getting tired even of the desperation, but I cannot give up. It is not even a normal nose anymore.. My skin is also extremely hard. I had consultations with both of them, and they said to come back when my skin recovers a bit more. Please let me know any reviews about both of them....
