I hear that noses that became constricted, pinched, pointed, low, short, or droopy because of surgery can all be reconstructed, but why is there no place that can make a nose that has become blunt and enlarged like a bulb nose small again? I'm going crazy because this is such a hard-to-fix side effect. Even if it is removed, do I have to live with a bulb nose and a boxy nose? No one seems to have actually fixed it.
