Did anyone get it done at [Clinic A], or please share a real review

Please T_T First of all, mine was a nose surgery using silicone and septal cartilage, and when [Doctor A] was still in Hongdae I did not go for a consultation because I heard it was too far and way too expensive. Then after they moved to Apgujeong, I still thought I should go since they were kind of the pioneer of total removal, so I went. But here they said septal reinforcement was needed, with an extra cost of 1.65 million won, lollllllllllllllllllllllllllllll It was under general anesthesia, and I could not even decide during surgery, so it would be included from the start. I had never heard about septal reinforcement even once across 8 consultations for total removal, and then suddenly, boom!! At first, at [Clinic A] I got consultations for revision surgery + total removal together, but I did not have enough information, so I made up my mind about total removal and went back for another total-removal consultation. During the consultation they said septal preservation / reinforcement / if there is too little, that would not be possible, and it was optional. [Clinic A] was not even in my final shortlist, but once septal reinforcement came up, I suddenly became interested in [Clinic A] T_T For septal preservation / reinforcement, you cannot choose it during surgery without an extra fee; you have to decide in advance. I should get surgery as soon as possible, anywhere, within July.
