At S.S. said to remove the silicone and ear cartilage without opening, then leave it to match the bridge after the autologous rib cartilage was removed. Because my saddle nose was very severe, I said I did not want it to spread out completely, and then they said some autologous rib cartilage would need to be left behind as structural support. It seems they do not remove all of the capsule. If you want, you can pay an extra 500,000 won. They said if the osteotomized area is uneven, they will file it down to fit it. The consultation was long and the price was decent. I liked that they explained things while showing before-and-after photos. At P.R.M., I liked that they explained things while looking at ultrasound. They said that because I already had revision surgery several times to correct my saddle nose, it would not spread out like before. They said to leave the autologous rib cartilage as support through an open approach. If I want, complete removal is also possible. But the consultation felt short. It felt like they were only emphasizing that it would not spread out like before. They did not really talk about how the surgery would be done or about the shape. And there were not many before-and-after photos, so I am worried. But they did mention that the step between the silicone and cartilage can be felt. I think that is just because the skin has become thin.
