Does it happen when the hump is shaved down or after osteotomy? I am 3 months post-removal, and the sides of my nose have developed slight wrinkles and shadows. I do not know whether they are my original wrinkles or an early sign of reverse-V. The surgery was done by a plastic surgery clinic, not an ENT clinic, and the removal was done 6 months after surgery. There was no hump reduction or osteotomy, and no bone was touched. A septal extension graft and silicone were in place, and those were removed. The removal was done at the clinic mentioned here. Can reverse-V still happen? I do not know whether this is health anxiety or what.
