I had nose surgery 13 years ago, and because my nose was so small and short and the skin was thin, they said they couldn’t raise it very much. They said they would use ear cartilage, but they said the septum cartilage was enough so they didn’t use ear cartilage;; From the first surgery, the short, low feeling never really changed, and the tip still feels unfinished, so this time I’m planning a revision using autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage for the tip. I’d like it to be a bit fuller and rounder and sit higher. Compared with my face, my nose is way too small and short, the nostrils show a lot, and the proportions are off, so I’m going to ask them to lengthen it a little while also making it higher For now I have appointments this week at BA, MA, and MI, and I also want to look into YA, Top CLS, and EDS. If there are places I should avoid, or if you know a place that does well with small, thin-skin noses that are difficult cases, please recommend them Looking at the photos, tell me what would be best,,,,, and please recommend something too!!! I’m really thinking this is my last one, thanks in advance

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJul 13 When does reverse-V happen?
