I have a consultation tomorrow, and I'm thinking of putting down a deposit for full removal... My nasal columella scar is really noticeable right now too... Does anyone have any experience with removal and then the nasal tip sinking in, or a severe step-off forming? I read on blogs about cases where deformity developed, but besides that, if anyone has seen other kinds of problems after removal, please let me know. This really has to be my last time
