I’m planning to remove the silicone and refine the nasal tip by reusing the septal cartilage. It’s not about making the tip higher. I’m planning to refine the tip by rearranging the cartilage and reusing the septum. It would be nice if it turned out pretty, but more than that, I want it to look as close as possible to a cleaned-up version of my original nose. I’m trying to take a conservative approach because I’m scared after the first surgery went badly. I’m looking into the top three hospitals, but if it’s not full removal, is it more in the revision-surgery category? I’m confused. Community members keep recommending revision-surgery hospitals. What do you think?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJul 7 I want everything removed because of contracture and inflammation

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJul 7 Removal of the columellar support graft

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJul 7 Help me decide: early removal vs waiting 6 months
It's day 11 after surgery. The shape isn't bad, but with the autologous costal cartilage foreign-body sensation, I keep thinking I want to go back to my original nose that resembles my mom and dad, even if it wasn't perfect, and my soft…
