Autologous rib cartilage nose revision and columella correction, so satisfied

Hello. It has already been one month since I had my revision rhinoplasty at Rowell. Because my first surgery failed, I went back to the operating table with multiple concerns such as silicone deviation, columella sagging, and a pronounced alar base, so I remember being very worried. I spent a lot of time researching on my own and visiting clinics in person, but during the consultation, Director Kim Dae-hwa helped me think through a natural line that would suit my face shape using 3D custom silicone and autologous costal cartilage, which let me proceed with peace of mind. Current condition and line: now that a month has passed, the major swelling and bruising from the early stage are almost all gone, and the remaining minor swelling is settling down softly. The line looks much more refined and natural than it did right after the splint was removed. The asymmetry from the front and the nostril shape, which caused me the most stress, have been nicely corrected, and from the side the previously recessed columella has come down naturally, balancing the whole nose. Now when I take photos or look in the mirror, the alar base does not stand out, so the stress is completely gone. Pain and daily life: the pulling and stiffness at the autologous rib harvest site, which made the early stage the hardest for me, have now completely disappeared and do not interfere with daily life at all. The wounds and scars inside my nose also healed cleanly and quickly thanks to the hospital's systematic aftercare, including laser treatment and care. I liked being able to see the doctor face to face and get checked every time. At first, the burden of revision surgery and anxiety about the outcome were big, but even now, from consultation to surgery and through this one month afterward, the systematic care makes me think I made the right choice. I look forward to how much more natural it will look after 6 months and 1 year.
