I had the nasal tip and columellar support built up with ear cartilage 4 years ago. Are there people like me who had it removed? There are a lot of full-removal reviews, but I can't find any reviews from cases like mine after removal~ I went to a lot of consultations, but because of the ear-cartilage columellar support, they said it was difficult. Some said to leave some behind, some said to remove everything and fix it together, some said why remove it at all and just leave it... so frustrating~
