The upper lateral nasal cartilage has collapsed, so even breathing feels uncomfortable, and that area is sunken in so much that when I touch it, it just feels soft like skin. It is so creepy. Is spread grafting the only answer? This is really hard. I am also taking medication for depression and anxiety.... I did not even know hump nose surgery could have side effects like this... T_T Is spread grafting the only option? I also saw that some people look into removal because of foreign-body sensation and breathing difficulty, but how should I handle this... T_T Please give me some advice....
